Paradise does exist. Located in the “Gates of Patagonia”, close to the city Puerto Montt, a small town Ensenada presents a gateway to many spectacular outdoor adventures. We are more than happy to call it home, besides our other home here in Slovenia.

Chile is a place that feels almost out of this world. It features all types of rivers, thousands of lakes, gigantic mountains, volcanos, waterfalls, glaciers and so much more. We know from our own experience, that planning this kind of trip is never easy - that is where we can help. You are more than welcome to visit us and join us on a personalised trip in the northern Patagonia.

ABOUT OUR PLACE

As soon as you arrive, you get blown away by the landscape. The rainforests divided by lakes and rivers, stretching up into cordillera de los Andes with its iconic volcanoes, that have a big symbolic value in these places. The wildlife is equally spectacular, with hundreds of species of birds, fish, athentic foxes called “Zorro” and if you are lucky, you might encounter a puma.

Nature of north Patagonia is friendly to people - there are no big hazards considering flora and fauna. The rivers and lakes are clean, as the air in this area. With proper guiding and preparations, it is for anybody!

Our office:

Our office is based by the main road 225, in the center of the town of Ensenada. We hold all the information about main attractions in the area, as well as the activities we offer. The road connections are great and there is a cycling lane passing our office, leading straight into a national park.

Attractions near us we help you explore

Most of activities that we do in our area, happen in the Chile’s oldest national park - Parque National Vicente Perez Rosales. It is more than 100 years old, and is one of the most beautiful national parks in Chile. Blue crystal clear water, green rainforest, dark volcanic rock formations and snowy volcano peaks in the back - I know, hard to believe, but the place is as good as it sounds.

WHITEWATER ACTIVITIES ON PETROHUE RIVER

Petrohue river is an attraction on its own - it is a classic Patagonian river, flowing from the Andes towards a Chilean coast. It has a distinctive, crystal blue colour, and it is usually with a lot of water, so it really looks majestic. At some point the river flows into a formation of big waterfalls, which are one of the most famous tourist attraction in the whole country.

VOLCAN OSORNO ACTIVITES

El Osorno is pretty much a perfectly-shaped volcano, with the surroundings out of this world. With lakes in the bottom, merging with the rainforest, advancing into volcanic landscape and with a glacier in the top part, it is considered one of the most iconic volcanoes in Chile. What makes it even better, there is a road leading up to a ski resort, that greets you with a unbeliavable view towards a top part of the volcano and the glaciar on one side, and lake Llanqiue on the other. There are several activities we can do, it all depends on your wishes!

BEACH OF LAKE LLANQIUE

It is just across the road from our office and offers a great place to relax, to enjoy the view and to refresh in the clean waters of the biggest lake in Chile. Imagine you are floating in the water, with a view of 3 volcanoes at the same time? Well, we suggest you come here to find out how that feels.

WORLD-CLASS TREKKING

The area offers incredible trekking. There are multiple trails, that do require guiding, since most paths are unmarked and the entrances are hard to find. We are able to show you some of the real hidden gems of the region and present you the flora and fauna along the way!
